Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GA-DE beauty products; if you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on cosmetic products that remain sealed and unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original GA-DE box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
